At GoKarts USA®, we want you to be completely satisfied with your fashion purchase. If your apparel or accessories don't fit or meet your expectations, you can return them within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.
Initiate Your Return
Log into your account and select the items you wish to return to receive a pre-paid shipping label via email.
Pack Your Items
Place the unworn items with original tags still attached into the original shipping packaging or a secure box.
Ship It Back
Affix the return label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location or scheduled pickup point.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse inspects the returned goods, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
