When you add this 98% Assembly option, we will Un-crate the vehicle and install the following items:

 INSTALL

  • Hubs
  • Wheels
  • Brakes
  • Seats
  • Other items

NOTE: even with this option, your vehicle will not arrive ready-to-ride. your mechanic must still perform vehicle setup and service shown below.

Customer's Mechanic must STILL PERFORM

  • Final Vehicle Assembly 
  • INITIAL VEHICLE SETUP 
  • FIRST SERVICE After 1 hour of operation

 

Vehicles do not come ready to ride

 

Vehicles are shipped in the Factory Crate 90-95% assembled. The Wheels and Brakes can be difficult to install without putting the vehicle on a Lift.
